Who the hell is this guy?


Hi, my name is Ty Hicks.

I used to be suicidal due to extreme, daily anxiety that I couldn't figure out how to get rid of.

When my plan to take my life was interrupted, my journey to mental health recovery began.

Traditional methods like therapy, counseling, medication, and hospitalization did not work well for me, but I knew there had to be a way to live a life without anxiety (and the depression it caused me.)

I learned how to retrain my brain to think and feel positively using a  conditioning-based method.

Now I have been living anxiety and depression free for over 16 years.

Once I realized that living without anxiety or depression was possible, my passion grew to help anyone who has been struggling and has not found coping mechanisms like therapy or medications to be enough.

While I certainly don't think I have all the answers or a silver-bullet-approach, to date I've helped over 513 clients reduce their anxiety by at least 75%, and typically in about 90 days. Beyond my clients, tens of thousands in our online communities have found my tools to be life changing.
